TOWNSHIP SPECIFICATIONS

This project is recommended to be constructed in Karol Bagh the heart of Delhi. The project offers 3 BHK and 4BHk apartments with the facility of attached servant quarter. The 4BHK apartment is introduced in the size of 3400 Sq.ft. These residential units are planned to be constructed in four iconic towers which will be equipped with every needed modern day facility. Karol Bagh

Karol Bagh is a mix of residential and commercial area of Delhi. The area is famous for their shopping streets, such as the Ghaffar Market and Ajmal Khan Road. The area is among the three administrative subdivisions, of the Central Delhi. Karol Bagh, is the busiest marketplace of Delhi. The area is actually the business hub of the city with jewellers from across the country have their shops in the locality.  Considered to be a plush area the locality has infrastructural necessities like School, Malls, Hospitals, Commercial hub, Shopping Space, Local Market.
Karol Bagh is closer to other parts of the city due to the metro connectivity. Metro connectivity has bought a major change in travelling sense of the area. The locality offers complete new life with luxurious facilities to live in.
The area was primarily a home to Muslim community, refugees, Marathi and Tamil speaking population. Karol Bagh is home to a Bengali community at large and has the oldest Durga Puja in the city as the number of Bengalis has increased.

NDMC Delhi

The New Delhi Corporation has planned to build a place similar to that of Times Sqaure, New York. The Delhi Government has approved smart city proposal to develop the city as the India’s first smart city.
The project is set up in 550 acres around Connaught Place being developed as a New Delhi City Centre with various facilities. The area will have zones such as ‘Happiness Areas’ to meet the cultural and social needs of people. Subways will be transformed into a complete new space with ATMs and pet adoption centres.
NDMC is working in collaboration with the Delhi Development Authority to set up a solar power plant with capacity upto 20 MW.
The authority will introduce initiatives like Annual Delhi International Art and Culture Festival, Awards to Global Capital Cities depending on city benchmarks & Gateway to the World. The inner circle of Connaught Place will be vehicle and hawkers free. The zone will have walkways and only pedestrians will be allowed in the circle. However, the focus will be on public Electric Vehicles (EVs) also.
Delhi Smart City will have Smart Public Amenities Centre. The system will have a single card access to New Delhi that will include banking and insurance. The project cost Rs. 2761.97 crore as per the proposal. The operational expenditure will incur Rs 1897.27 crore. NDMC will bear 32 per cent of the total cost and MoUD will bear 26 per cent of the cost under the smart city project.
